REMINDS ONE OF MARTIN JOHNSON HEADE'S MAGNOLIAS. WAS BLESSED TO SEE THEM UP CLOSE AND ORIGINAL ONCE. I UNDERSTAND THE SYMBOLISM WAS THE CLOSED BLOSSOM REPRESENTING BIRTH, PARTIALLY OPENED ONE REPRESENTING YOUTH, AND THE FULLY OPENED BLOSSOM WAS THE PRIME OF LIFE. PERFECT FOR EASTER, WHICH IS A BIG CELEBRATION IN FRANCE, n'est pas?. HUGS TO LOUIS AND THE HAPPY PARENTS.
