You make it look so easy! Your work has matured since your operation. I wish you the very best!!

The stroll of a pine warbler.
"I suddenly decided to fly around the dark cypress after the scrubland in the shade and swooped down on the marvellous house in the sun;then,I decided to fly over the balmy fields,an enchanted invitation to daydreaming to finally, intoxicated by freedom,be lost in the manganese blue hue of this vaporous sky where I sang sang with my friends all day long".

WHAT A BEAUTIFULL WINTER DAY - ONE CAN FEEL THE CRISP AIR AND BEAUTY OF THE LIGHT - WELL DONE FULL OF POETRY.
ALAIN- ENJOYED VERY MUCH YOUR NOTE - BRAVO.

Julian, you have captured the light and colour so well. It is magical and unlike any place I have been.

That skyline makes my knees weak and my gut "go soft." Brilliant. Evocative. Sublime. What else can one say?

my mum would love to buy some of your paintings and so do her friends, but they do not speak a word of English! Is your site going to be soon available to the French public??
Much love. Sylvie

Painter’s notes

Morning on the steep slopes of the vineyards at Gigondas. In the distance the village of Cairanne and all around the rich terroir of the southern côtes du rhone
