Very nice, Julian! Reminds me of my grandparent's farm when I was a child in the Florida panhandle.
Julian and Ruth, The book has arrived and it is even more beatiful than what I imagined it to be...I can't put it down! I will have to buy another so this very special signed edition doesn't become dog-eared! I adore seeing the postcards every day on-line, however, seeing them in print is even more thrilling!! Thank you for giving me/us endless pleasure.... Paula
beautiful!
Quivering leaves Boiling earth Beneath an ethereal sky A serene farm observes The miraculous Transformation.
Julian & Ruth Our copy of your book arrived yesterday. I'll keep it short;it gave me goosebumps and I think will continue to do so. A fantastic achievement, thank you.

Such a simple subject that is alive with colour and light. Wonderful brushwork.
Your comment is perfect Bridget. I am particularly interested in the effect of the light (?) in this painting and the previous one and the cooler colours at the height of summer. In some of the other summer landscapes the colour have been more intense.
Beautiful painting! I'm amazed at how effortlessly you move between the still life genre and landscapes. The still life paintings are small polished jewels and the landscapes are loose gestural impressions.
