Painter’s notes

“Last day of the market yesterday until further notice (though we felt it better not to go). We are trying to limit trips to the shop though it is good that we can still buy strawberries there, grown only a couple of miles away. The dish was picked up on a trip to Andalucia, a favourite prop”
