I am liking what you're doing here, using the p.j.'s and using more paint. This painting looks so real, you could just take an onion off the table and use it for tonight's supper! Really nice.

I like the recent paintings with color. The blue really sets off the rust of the onions.

This is a fabulous piece! Love the richness of that vivid blue but also the richness and layers of the onions. Great composition too! If I thought borrowing your son's pj's would magically have me painting like you, I'll pay for their return postage, okay? :)
