Cheers! Beautiful painting
WOW!!! Is this EVER gorgeous! Love the realism (and yet it's still loose and painterly)!! Wonderful job!
Yum!! Both the content of your painting and what's in the masterly painted glass. Thanks....
A wonderful composition and mastery of the fascinating puzzle of painting! So very colorful and solid. The weight of the glass and it's coolness, the heft of the Delft in concert with the warmth and softness of the quince. Balanced and evocative of the pleasure you're feeling. One of the benefits of seeing a painting on the computer screen is the differences you catch as you move the screen through its range of angles. A painting that is fascinating and appealing throughout the range from values/keys is always a joy to behold and a real lesson in balance. Thank you for sharing! Best to you this season!
The only downside I can imagine to paining this beautifully, is that you set the bar so high not only for us but for yourself. Always remember? on those dreary days we ALL have when things don't seem to click?that when you posses your level of talent, it will always be there for you. Your work is always of a such high caliber but especially lately, it has exceeded even high expectations. This is so very lovely and your confidence is right there on the surface with each decision and brushstroke. You're the best.
Ditto, Stella.
your work is divine but still wish you'd state size also in inches.... happy hols
I love the painting of the Whiskey glass. It is a beautiful painting well done and a very merry Christmas to you and your family.
.......and aren't we all lucky that you are getting in that December mood! With paintings like that, you'll have us all in the December mood. Bravo!
This painting says cheers the best of the season to you!
Just Beautiful. Don't need to say more!
