I'm on the same diet but mine is mainly from squashed grapes... in a bottle.....! Love this one. Amazing colour and strong brushstrokes

I'll ask: why is Ruth on a "just a grape diet"? No need to respond, really. Your paintings seems to be more shiny these days. Are you doing this deliberately? They have a lacquered quality which is nice, and I just wondered.... They are beautiful, tout de meme....
