Beautiful Julian! Sounds so peaceful and your painting displays your joy!
This i so lovely! A wonderful purple!
This is one of my favorites. So many things of 'home' in such a tiny piece. Yes. Joyous!
Julian, I feel like I'm in France with your landscapes and so appreciate your comment about the bees. The country side is alive with wonderful insects.
This is beautiful Julian! I love all your work...but this one just captures me! thank you for sharing.
Love it. Sent to six friends-UK and Arizona
How about a minibus from UK to your place, for Senior painters (85) to ease the journey
A passing thought.
I like your painting - and your sense of humor!
Dear Julian, such a rich yet soft palette.
The eye is led into the landscape, naturally following the track down the slight slope.
Taking in the purple quilt of lavender spread out to the right and the dark mass of the large tree.
In the distance, a band of golden ochre and the mountain.Very mellow brushwork.Really love this.
Anna.
