Happy Birthday Julian! It must have been delightful to sit outside and have lunch. I love the bushes on the left that contrasts with the intense blue of the sky.

My birthday is right around the corner, March 6th. Happy Birthday, Julian!
(Michelangelo's was also March 6--I had no idea until I saw his tomb in Florence, which I happened to be visiting on my birthday!) You can imagine, it was an 'awesome' moment!

Another nice offering, I particularly like the composition & the contrast between the aquamarine sky & salmon pink walls......Co-icidentally, Friday 24th February was my birthday also....I celebrated by spending time with friends in the evening, at a French restaurant in Battersea High Street called "The Quecumbar" ...a live music venue dedicated to the memory of Django Reinhardt and the music of "The Hot Club of France" of the 1930's & 40's.
