I love the pomegranate, but then I love most of your fruits and vegetables. Perhaps we can work out a plan for me to buy some, but they would definitely have to be enlarged or they will get lost on my large wall space. I hope we can discuss this this summer.

Am so glad to find you back on my screen, and we hope you had a peaceful birthday. I suppose that you were with your family in their and your hour of need.... And here, with your "grenade," you have Life imitating Art. We have a real pomegranate (its role in symbolism and mythology is marvelous) "sitting" on a little Imari bowl, very near to one of your prints of a pomegranate that we bought a long time ago, or so it seems. May your life be as abundant and as tasty as a pomegranate.
I like this subtle leaning of the fruit, like a touching movement of a mum's body and face, looking fondly at her baby, evoking to me so many "Madonna with the Child" in the history of Art.
