Hi Julian - do you ever take requests? Or, do you take commissioned work? Thanks! Connally
You sure it's safe to post on Friday 13th?!!! Best wishes for a much calmer New Year.
Hi Julian: A beautiful pumpkin is good any time of the year. Did you enjoy the benefits of this pumpkin? Pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie,or anything pumpkin?
Figurately speaking,is it a representation of the overeating phenomenon of our modern Western societies? If it is,so I can say that it's esthetically bewitching as some figures of Fernando Botero!
liked the painting very much altho i begin to feel like that more and more as i grow older,(short and bulbous) but what caught my attention was the foreground similarity to the one of the pears. so wonder what it is? fabric, paper? thanks, as always.
the effect of light, the smear in the valley under the stem, the way the shadow rises from the bottom...bigger than actual size is nice...rock on dude joe jcspaintings.blogspot.com
Lovely colors. And it's never too late for pumpkins: I am making a pumpkin roll today 'cause I have extra pumpkin and cream cheese in the fridge. Sorry I can't send it. Regards...Madeleine
