Hi Julian
Such a wonderful light filled painting of yummy looking fruit.
I’m always happy when you share your talents with us.
Your work is truly inspirational.
You’re kind of like the birds that return in spring and build nests and do what they’re meant to do. It’s just nature at work. The normal way things should be. It makes one feel that all is still right with the world.
Even in this crazy time.
Many thanks
elizabeth

Julian, how you have embraced so many elements of painting techniques in such a small piece of work is astonishing. Yet another wonderful painting. They are never photographic, but have painterly detail of which I love to see.

Kind regards, Graham Lomas

Julian,
This one is wonderful--so dark and so bright and colorful--and cherries too! Luckily I've already had my coffee, or I'd have to borrow that cup and fill it with cafe au lait!
Thanks for starting my day out just right.
Katherine

Painter’s notes

Today saw the return of the Monday market in Bedoin, Ruth bought me back some pretty apricots and later we went and picked some cherries on our afternoon walk.
