“Pêches jaunes - peaches with yellow flesh - from les Marches de Provence in Carpentras. I had gone out shopping determined not to come home with any plastic packaging and managed just until I found the peaches which were in a plastic barquette, so I asked to have them transferred to a paper bag and left them with the barquette, a small victory.”

Wow, you are the best at surfaces, having drooled over your silver, plastic bag, glazes, but now we have fuzzy. I can smell and taste these in Portland, Oregon.
