“Cherries from my friends the Swans at Domaine des Anges - les cerises du côté de chez Swan (I'm not sure that makes sense in French but the clumsy reference is to Proust - Du côté de chez Swann being the first part of 'Remembrance of Things Past'). Malcolm, who has sadly passed, was a great winemaker and really introduced the idea of quality in the wines of the Ventoux –”
