LIKE MANY PAINTERS-AND OTHERS TOO-THE JOY OF CAPTURING CAN HAVE TWO ASPECTS-THAT OF CAPTURING AN IMAGE WHICH AN ARTIST WANTS T O DO AND THE LESS THAN ADMIRABLE PLEASURE OF CAPTURING FOR ONE'S EGOS SAKE,
I LEARNED THIS FROM MY STUDY OF AESTHETIC REALISM
AND I LIKED THE LITTLE OLIVES IN THEIR HUMBLE ROW ON THE CANVAS

Hi Julian

I love the green of the olives in contrast to the lovely blue of the counter.
