“Louis (and Ruth) brought this home after visiting Sally and her new baby. He broke it open with his teeth and ate a few seeds before I whisked it away to the studio”

As an open heart full of petals of rose! Even the sweet scent perfumes the "sky" behind... Hey Louis do you see the snail head on the top of the pomegranate, with its eyes and tentacles? Be careful, Louis, that it does not eat the whole fruit!
Lovely flecks of colour.
Great and unique.
Beautiful and so apt for a new birth! Please send Sally my love and congratulations
I pin your wonderful work and I am very fond of eating pomegranates. One of my Pin boards is Pomegranates in art and your examples are there. Let Louis enjoy the rich flavor as I enjoy that of your fun moments in time.
Nice realism, with your special touches to make it your own. You see colors so well.
I love how creative you are!
Breathtakingly beautiful! I am going to buy a pomegranet today and see if I can possibly replicated the amazing way it is broken open. I doubt if I can come close!
