this is a lovely compositon and the color note of the house in sunlight is very exciting...I also like the simplicity of the foreground...a real homerun!

I like how the narrow track looks like a sea shore on which a soft wave on the left is going imminently to break,carrying some red flowers that are floating on the surface...I feel here a high impression of movemement in contrast to the hieratic background.Just a simple narrow track,a discrete curved line...

Painter’s notes

A rather cute little house within walking distance of Crillon-le-Brave—it was all closed up so I imagine owned by 'etrangers' (here even Parisians count as foreigners)
