A quiet day,a natural cathedral, wherein we can hear the songs of peppy birds and the rustling of the approaching spring.

Thank you so much for now including inches measurements as well as centimeters~~good for me here in USA.

Once again, I am enjoying your book, Postcard from Provence, and also Ruth's book.

Each day's offering from you is a gift. Thank you, Julian!

I have tried to paint similar landscapes but I always miss some important element that I can't explain but know when I see it as I see it now. Its there yet undefinable. A total that is more than the sum of its many parts. A harmony of forms and colors and values. A tone poem on canvas. A true painting by a master artist.

A tiny road between Mazan and Crillon-le-Brave that we travel regularly—a window through to the Dentelles de Montmirail and the foot of the Mont Ventoux
