If the stem is green, then it has been picked recently and the smell is heavenly. I love the fresh colours in the lemon paintings and the clementine ones. They pick me up on these cold winter days.
Really like this one. The previous lemons looked a little plastic to me. the last clementine was soooo luminous, I didn't know you coud acheive that with oils. Have a great vacation, we are schdualed to get 2 feet of snow tomorrow, so I am very jealous. Carol
