Oh, I love this!!! I am also painting pomegranates!!!
Well, you inspired me some time ago to try painting still life. I enjoy it, but see that I still have quite a way to go. Your ability to create contour and depth is uncanny. Stunning!
Those COLOURS!!
Thanks to this painting,I shall be in high spirits all the day long.I know I won't bother, today,my spouse nor my son with my endless existential problems!
Pretty good, as usual - but I can't get yesterdays onions out of my mind - and that self portrait from last week. They were absolutely outstanding.
You know what the legends tell of pomegranates. Excellent work. Inspiring really.
Red and gold, two of my favourite colours, artfully arranged pomegranates to show off their shapes: I'm with Alain on this painting that would make a perfect companion to the onions of yesterday. I will now go and look at the one I have before I make a cranberry relish with pomegranate seeds.
i love your onions and especially your pomengranates, which appear to be wearing crowns. wonderful form, dimension and color as always!
