What incredible colors: the ochre, the pink, the salmony pink, the blues and greens... You will, as you always do, make me LOOK at my own surroundings with new eyes. These are "spot on" -- and isn't that what art is all about? Merci!

L'été en Provence...c'est vraiment comme ton tableau...il y a le soleil brûlant,qui n'est supportable qu'avec l'ombre fraîche des platanes! Belle atmosphère!

The dappling is wonderful - I can almost feel the sunlight. A lovely understated painting.

The play of light and shadow here is just extraordinary--from the building in the background bathed in light to the sun hitting a handful of leaves and then making its way to a few select spots on the ground. Great stuff.
