Nice to see your painting again. This one looks very luminous, and your strokes have seemed more active lately. Maybe it is due to all of the turmoil you have had this past year. I hope that 2012 will be banner year for you and your family.
Good to hear from you Julian. Hope this year will be less problamatic and you will enjoy a happy, healthy 2012!
Thanks Julian, for the New Years Good Wishes ! Yes, let's hope it will be better than the economists predict for everyone (for the next decade or so !) I love the free painterly nature of this one...and the colour....I can sense the knowledge and intuition, the act of painting are as one. Sometimes in my own work I can get close to this...but I need to put in more regular hours..and stop worrying about distracting issues...just do it. My new years resolution,I think.
Joy and Peace, Julian
Your painting is as crisp, tart and refreshing as the taste of a lemon! I hope you have a very serene, very calm 2012.
Good to see you're still alive... :)
Amen to the calm new year! Lovely lighting; luscious looking lemon.
I was so sorry to hear about the fire in your home. You continue to be an inspiration to me. A very Happy Healthy New Year to you and your family!
A bright and happy Baby New Year of a painting. 2012 is looking up! Hope you had a nice holiday, Julian.
Good to see you back. wishes for a calm, prosperous ,healthy year ahead. the lemon is ready for a lemonade.
So simple, so lovely. Happy new year!
Great painting - very apt as my cat, Lemon, is back from vet hospital after being hit by a car on Christmas Eve and suffering a broken pelvis. Wishing you and yours a healthy, happy, peaceful and prosperous 2012! :)
Dear Julian, great to have you back. It seems the whole Tabet family enjoys your work. May 2012 be a good year for all of us. Wish you and your family excellent health, peace and serenity, I look forward to receiving my daily delight ( more effective than Omega3 )
Just finished reading Cherries from Chauvet's Orchard. What a wonderful story. Ruth is a very fine writer. Would love more from her. Gave me an insight into the mind of an artist. Lydia
Dear Julian, Ruth and Louis, Hoping for you the very best blessings for this New Year.
