Funny, I was wondering just the other day whether you can still get oranges and clementines wrapped in pretty papers - and there they are, in Provence at least!

These are very active clementines. The wrappers take on the image of wings. One clementine has just landed while the other is taking off. The orange color of the clementine peeking from inside its white wrapper against
the dark background is a real stopper!
Hi Julian This is a gift of colour and light wrapped in crinkly tissue (the latter is masterful). Given that, in Toronto, we have 'fallen back' to standard time and it is dark by 5:30 pm, this painting was very welcome today.
