Julian, I really love your work, love the still lives, but I MISS your landscapes SO MUCH! As a painter, thank you all your art and inspiration in my life!

Thanks - your paintings are always so nice to see in my inbox - brightens my day. I like the pear paintings you do. And, that whiskey in a glass - I went out and got some whiskey inspiration. haha. I love your simple landscapes the best, and pears, and bread. Gee, I want to eat that bread. I forward these emails to my students sometimes to show them the classical approach is so enticing to have near. I clicked on the pears to see them better and instead I got a photo of you - a bemused look on your face. Then I clicked on another spot of the email and got the pears. Amitiés, Janet

Rembrandt rich and I swear I could smell them here in California.

I wish I had the words to say that would bless you as much as your paintings bless me. Thank you for sharing your work with us!
