“I've been working on this larger painting over the week; the leaves curled, one lemon had to be replaced and my days were shortened as I was on lone parent duty. Finally got it finished.”

Lovely painting, Julian. I love the curled leaves, giving the appearance of dried leaves. Great job on the lemons, the entire painting!
Like all your work, I just love this one. I currently have a very dead sunflower on my dining room table that I just love looking at, and the curled leaves are almost the best part. Its the size of a dinner plate. I did a still-life with cucumber once and the got moldy and grew fur.
