“First demonstration for the July workshop, it's an interesting set-up; no sky, a tunnel of road through trees, lots of greens and not a single green paint tube with which to paint it, plus the excitement of possibly being run down by a crazed frenchman on the way back from the boulangerie!”

So no greens...does this mean that you had only blue and yellow ,red on you palette ?? Interesting exercise ...many possibilities
Absolutely beautiful Julian, can't wait for the October Workshop. The weeks are flying by and won't be long until we are there.
Hi Julian,
Hope you are enjoying your stay in Greenport. I can't wait to see your pictures from the North Fork.

Hi Julian , very beautiful as always , reminds me of a road nearby. It has a tree canopy over a lovely "S" bend.Come to Ontario sometime I will take you there.

Your lovely painting brings that morning back to life! What a great day it was initiating the workshop while dodging not only the "crazed Frenchman" but the haughty French madams in their American-sized SUV's!
