I can almost feel the sun on my face in this lovely warm painting!

You will love Maine - so beautiful, rugged coastline and the coastal drive through some of the little towns such as Wells, Ogunquit, etc. is lovely. I haven't been for years and really miss it! If you have time, see Cape Cod, Nantucket, etc. too.

How exciting that you are going to Long Island and to Maine. Both wonderful places to paint....wonder if you are going to get out to the Hamptons (end of Long Island). Which are so beautiful....my family (the Fariel Family) owns an Inn in Amagansett. Have a wonderful trip.....don't get too much sunburn! At the beaches.

Nice perspective in this painting, and beautiful light, as always. It's so nice to hear you are coming to America. If you ever want to visit Ohio, you have a standing invitation.
