I would love to learn to paint a cherry the way you do. I need to know how to think about it which I approach a piece of fruit. How to create the three dimensional quality with dark going into light. You sreally know how to approach the subject matter. A lovely solution.

I think one of your secrets is never to overdo the painting everything is understated leaving the eye to be excited .....

I love the painting, the contrast in values, and especially the way you painted the cherries, the colors are perfect. It's just lovely. Your "postcards" get me out painting almost every day, I look forward to them.
