Splendid! But I cannot help wondering what you would do with the octupus.

I agree, I'd like to see the octopus, but your pears do glow in this painting.
Gorgeous painting! Love the glow around the front pear, and that little bit of light between them creates so much depth. Why is everyone talking about an octopus?
