Maybe we can swap places for a season, looks beautiful! :)
Not being from France, I found the extreme pruning of the plane trees particularly painful. Perhaps I should have learned from this glorious country. Perhaps my 100 year old vine would not have been blown down in the winter wind. I may have said this before, but I think no one portrays the sunlight on this seasons' leaves quite as well as you.
Beautiful painting. It makes me feel nostalgic. Hints of the past and coming season.
beautiful !
Wonderful tones...should like to know colours used, sometime..if possible... would like to learn how...couple of tips much appreciated..Thank you
Wow!As charmingly blond as...chasselas grapes!
Julian, I've never been to your part of the world, but you sure make it feel like I have. Your range of greens is superb. Very inspiring. Thank You Pat
Always a delight to see your work. Such a contrast from the Wild West coast of NZ where I live, my " plain air" paintings are mainly in watercolour, quicker to dry. All the best in the world, regards, Grant Hudson
