As an "Aussie", I'm familiar with the saying "Life's a beach ... and then you die". Maybe this IS The Beach. A delightful image in which to dream a day or two away.

The boat like an upside-down candlelight miraculously burns into the water and lights the skyline...Under white winged clouds.Hallucinatory picturing.

I can picture myself swimming in the blue/green waters you depict here. I certainly wish I was there as I now have to go out and shovel snow. Thank you Julian for these delightful paintings that momentarily take me away from the wintry vista outside my window.

I love this painting Julian!! It has both a feeling of pure joy and freedom, makes me want to stay there forever!
