I love this one, Julian - the harmony of all those subdued tones that make the blue tie just sing. A gorgeous piece of design.
So pure, simple, hot! And oh, those two green leaflets, fine finish!
superb!
Haunting.
The blue ribbon seems so "unreal" because of...its palpable realness! Everything seems in a dream-like atmosphere except the ribbon. This is why this painting is so modern and yes,"haunting" as Eugene perfectly said.
albus, brilliant!
HI JULIAN This painting is a play on blues; the enamel pot (I love them) is created by the painter's delicate touch. Reflected in its surface is the contrasting colour of the asparagus with its pink tones and what seems to be a strip of light. The blue elastic is a perfect and dramatic touch. Again you teach me to look and think about what is around me.
