Wow! I am impressed every time I open one of your emails, but this is something that shows how freaky your talent is! The copper pan is so perfect. The perfect head of garlic stands up equally as well. I am afraid I would toil for days to achieve anything remotely similar to yours and it would most likely feel far less spontaneous. I am so glad to be inspired by you daily. Thank you! Andrea in Melbourne
Hi Julian What a lovely gift you received. It has now become a gift to your viewers who can imagine what is cooked in it as they enjoy the colour, shape and light of the pot itself.
egad this is lovely julian!!
Oh master of the textures, you have conquered another. Mind boggling and just super!
Kindly make a print of this exquisite painting!
This painting is simply beautiful. I love it, really, very very much. Thank you so much for sending your emails. They are also a daily gift for me.
Simply Wonderful!
You are one of the great modern masters. Best always, Diane
On slight magnification the central part of the pot appears to recede, is this an optical illusion or the reflection of a doorway? wonderful whatever
That copper pot is fantastic. The reflections are wicked good! Love the little bumply, rough moments on the pot (a li' bit Chardin) as contrasted with the big, slick movements in the reflection. Nice.
I think I can see your reflection in the center of the copper pan. Is that correct Julian. Stunning painting. Very inspirational.
yes indeed that's me in the center between the two lightest bars, a sort of wedge shaped dark bit with a reddish line ( my fleece and my face).
Julian, I can't remain silent on this one,(as I've remained silent on so many ). That copper pan is so remarkable and present, I can even smell it and taste it. genius!
Wonderful shine and reflections on the copper pan and that garlic is just amazingly real! Shari
