Lovely! This looks so much like a field near my home here in Maine. The one here isn't a "wheatfield", but very similar with the distant hills and all. Very nice!
I love the beautiful simplicity of this landscape. I can smell the ripening wheat in the sunshine. It's really wonderful!

It is way too commercial (ie.)" guess my next paintig subject." You all can do whatever you please but I think you will find fewer customers for your work with the game show mentality. Hi Joanne, It might seem like a gimmick (Duane's oddments) but I think it is an honest attempt to find a solution to who gets the painting whilst keeping control of the price... popularity can be a problem.
