Julian. Brilliant work!
delicious
I love this!
beautiful shadows! i'd like to get this one
I love the back-and-forth in this one - the way the blue in the left corner pushes through the trees, and also how you capture the atmosphere and light using such flat areas of color. Great photo, but I'm thinking there's even more to see in person, no? I love the swooshy line that defines the road on the right as it goes back - it's the only stroke like that in the fore- to mid-ground, and it really pulls your eye back. I'm looking forward to seeing what's next!
AAAHHH!!!MY LABOR DAY, A GREAT CIGAR AND THE IMAGE OF A PATH NOT OFTEN TAKEN...
How fast does one have to type???? I thought for sure I had this one....it's a beauty...Guess I'll pour myself a glass of wine and think of what might have been....
Yey, Virginia, I'll have glass too and we can sip and stare down the "Road" on the computer screen and sigh!
I'll take the path not often taken, with the great cigar!
Look at the light on that road!!! AND those pinky purples in the distance...yummy!
Do you paint in oils or acrylic? I think everyone including me admires your work Julian. Complimenti!
Brilliant!
