Great painting Julian!

A perfect peach...

I cannot resist the obvious comment -- peachy!! Maybe in a more serious commentary, I continue to love the blue-striped white cloth. Sometimes the stripe is horizontal, sometimes vertical, and it's always blue. Sometimes the white is very white, sometimes dark, and sometimes grayish. But what that line and cloth do, through color, shadow and directionality, is always so meaningful to the composition for me. I am always intrigued.

I'm hoping to get this one as well, but with only dial-up available at this time I'm not counting my chickens just yet. It's a beautiful painting.
