This is a wonderful painting, Julian. I admire the way you handled the white flowers. It gives a nice, ephemeral quality to the landscape contrasted with hard-edged rows of vines. At first I thought it was snow until I read the title. Interesting. Very nice composition, too. I also like the way you got your finger in there and smudged the paint. Bravo!
I'm with you Merilee, this one is stunning. Had to get my credit card out, just hope I was quick enough :)
White flowers like a Hiroshige's wave. Very poetic.
