Red Pear with Beaumes de Venise

Very powerful pear. I want to sink my teeth into it. I think it is so interesting that you are able to convey the smell, texture and taste of these fruits in such a way that I immediately feel I am eating them the second I look at the painting. As Martha would say, "It's a good thing."
