Stunning. The life you have brought here is breathtaking
It inspires me that you paint whatever is near, and it's always just beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful talent.
Oh gosh, my, yes. I need a tube of that grey . . .
I wish you would round out the diet. Rabbit? Duck? Chicken? Remember all those sumptuous Dutch still lifes (lives).... With all the veggies animals and flowers. It would cost a fortune just to rent them nowadays. Your garlic is so yummy looking, makes the mouth water. Lovely stuff.
wow- you took the simplest elements and made them so elegant with gorgeous subtle color! That is true mastery!
Wedding day! The bells are ringing out. The bridegroom is red of confusion, the bride-to-be is so pale in her white bridal dress, bridesmaids behind them are glad, all members of the Allium families are smiling; an unforgettable moment... Let us hope that the wedding night shall be spicy!
I had a chuckle with Alain's comment - what a great talent that is to have such an imagination! I always enjoy his comments and insights into your paintings. That said, this is a lovely painting, Julian. Really like it!
Hi Julian , a wedding it is!! Beautiful colour and imagery. Thanks Craig
I like the touch of light on the garlic and onion. The next time I see sunlight in the kitchen, I will try this arrangement to see how the the winter light plays on these vegatables.
Love the contrast between the overall cool colours and the hot highlight on the onion, clever!
