Cruuuunchy!
These apples look so crisp and flavorful. I am raising my grandchildren and I don't have a lot of money for lessons, etc. So, I have been using some of your paintings to teach them that objects are made of many shades and colors, depending upon light, etc. They are getting it, too! I also send your postcards to faraway friends when they trigger a memory or someone needs a "hug." I thought at this stage of my life I would be traveling, not raising children, but thanks to your postcards, I get to visit France and Italy. Thank you. You are tres magnifique! Your admirer, Brenda
Hand picked and hand painted, just gorgeous! Thanks for brightening my day with these beauties.

I'm so impressed with how much life you get into the apples and also the chipped paint of the counter. So beautifully done! These postcards are a gift I look forward to every day! I'm looking forward to coming in July. Best regards, Judy Feins
The first words out of my mouth just now - when I opened your email was .... Oh Wow!!!" I think that just about sums up how I feel about this painting, Julian. This painting is absolutely incredible! The varied and beautiful color, the shine on the apples - everything is so perfectly, yet loosely, done! Thank you for sharing your talents.
I love the variety of color and strokes you out into painting the apples. Of course, I am also drawn to the dark background which makes the apples pop. This painting sings!
