I could use that for New Year's dinner. Well done! Pun intended. I am sure you have read about the mass killing of young children here in American and the inability of our leaders to fight the gun owners and manufactures that lead to this horror. I may be moving to Italy soon. A Merry Christmas.
Spellbinding! This ham oddly looks like a musical instrument. And the big knife, its bow. A still life worthy of the Dutch masters.
Dear Julian, what a fine little jambon de sanglier!Rusty pink with its vein of fat.The knife is wonderful too, lovely reflections on the blade. Yesterdays painting "Winter morning, Mazan" was in a class of its own, seemed dashed down, very free and spirited!(Or maybe it took hours!) May I wish you and your sweet little family a very happy Christmas and New year! And thanks for the daily treats. Anna.
Dear Julian, We absolutely love all of your paintings, both the landscapes and still lifes. They each have such vibrant life and immediacy and are very inspiring to two painters such as ourselves. I really love the comments you add too! Thank you for these little gems. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Cynthia & Les
Very tasty Cingali (apolgies about the spelling)portrait. Mindful of Dutch still lifes. cheers, geo
