Beautiful! I really like those soft pinks against the strong green stoneware jar, and the subtle changes of tone amongst the petals...very difficult to do but very convincingly done! nice one Mr S
The Cecile Brunner roses are beautiful but my favorite part of this painting is that simple, saturated pot. It's gorgeous.
Extremely beautiful. I have to zoom into the image to try to find in the strokes how the magic of the final presentation came about, and I still can't figure out how you do it ;-)
Gorgeous play of the pinks against the green...great light, as usual.
A stunner!
Beautiful Julian!! Love the subtle pinks against the vibrant green pot!
Your flower still lives bring to mind Manet, at times I think you outdo him and that is saying something.
A stream of shimmering petals as lively as whirling mountains waterfalls!
One of your best, although all of your paintings seem like masterpieces to me. Truly beautiful in all aspects, Julian.
Dear Julian, Thank you for bringing a moment of graceful art and poetry to my otherwise work-oriented day at the office. While I love my job, you somehow bring a breath of fresh air with every painting that enchants me. Live on and may you paint for many years to come! With gratitude, Lucia Colella-Yantosca
