i don't know if it is the leaf or the persimmon or what, but this painting just grabs you...fabulous!
...and this tender leave, our artist figurately speaking, which seems to say:"please, give me your hands, dear viewers, and come and see my humble wonderland, come and see the mythic blue bird singing on the vase above the open leave,a friend of mine miraculously turned into wings."
That persimmon looks deliciously squishy and ready for eating NOW! But what surprises me is that the fruit remain on the leafless tree. In our neck of the woods, they would have provided delicious eating for all the local fauna, feathered and furry, native and exotic.
Love this one Julian!! The lighting is fabulous!
Thank you so much Julian,
I haven't been lucky enough to obtain one of your crations yet.. But I have to let you know that getting your latest paintings every day has become one of the bright spots in my life.
Thank you so much for making the world a better, brighter, more wonderful place to live in.
This one is 3d,one of my most favourite!!
just gorgeous... juicy enough to eat.
A knock out!
I agree with Carolyn, you add a bright spot to my day.
You are a NEW Master"!
I just got a few of these from our local
market, though they aren't as bright
and beautiful - nor will they last as long
as Julians gorgeous painting.
Alain is right; the leaf seduces you, draws you in and points to the second persimmon now open. I love the notion that these 'Christmas decorations' add seasonal colour to the landscape.
this one is my favorite of the year. i would buy a print if it were available.
i agree with Carolyn's comment.
you brighten my life with your daily paintings.
best wishes to your family.
So very lovely. My favorite. Well done thou good and faithful servant.
