Hello Maestro. Brilliant as usual!
Solid painting Julian.
Just like an old master.
BRAVO!!!!!
This larger painting shows you have major painting chops.
BRAVO again.
Sincerely,
Bob Ragland
fantastic bottle!
Sumptuous harmony of earth colors, which reminds me of William H.Bailey.But with an extra touch of humanness and sensualism.
I am salivating! It's brilliant.
Love the beautiful, soothing and warm colors.
I wish I were a rich man.
congratulations! tres chardin mon vieux, tres chardin......
Thrilling ... I have been painting onion skins lately...I know the fun. The skins can be a thrill. That bottle is touchable and the palatte is georgeous. I LOVE THE AIR.
Smiling from ear to ear!!! What joy in this painting!! Agree with all above comments!!! Love it!!!!!!!!
Maestro, you have outdone yourself with this glorious piece! Bravo!!! ( perhaps a print in the future??!!)
As much as I love your smaller works, Julian, it is wonderful to see a larger piece! Excellent work!
Gasp..... you're good at this!
This is so beautiful!!!
Hi Julian ... I need to meet the other guy who works with you ... you know, the one who paints the landscapes ... there IS another one, isn't there? The styles are so different. This still life is truly superb.
Classic yet somehow modern too, in the composition. Love the solidity and strength. Beautiful.
Julian, I cannot add to the thoughtful comments above except that I think it is time for you to go large and publish a "painting a week". I'm not kidding. It's time to large.
I study a lot of art and artists and this is just stunning, stunning... the set up, the color harmony, the light... a masterpiece! I just sent this to my art buddies just in case they aren't on your list.

brilliant, beautifully composed and so full of life!
excellent painting!
Oh my goodness.......really beautiful!
all of these things that come from the earth touch my heart. I do hope it will be a giclee in the future.
This is just remarkable on so many levels, and a delight to look at. Nice to see an occasional larger piece in between the smaller dailies as well.
Cheers,
Unbelievably exquisite, my friend.
Julian, this really is quite a stunning painting - absolutely terrific. A perfect balance between loose and tight - lovely.
