Am I the only one having trouble opening the day's picture with this new format? It only showed up today after I hit "Comments." As this site is my daily relaxation and meditation, I hate this reminder of my lack of computer savvy....
Julian I continue to be amazed at your ability to create a translucent surface on these apples. It's as though we can see into the apple. Perhaps the reflections are the secret...? Or do you layer with glazes? Beautiful...
Looking back over recent comments I see somebody has made your fab pictures into their home page. What a great idea. I thought home pages got stuck on the screen. I'd love to know how they did that.
I love your new (to me) email newsletter style and am enjoying your personal comments as well as your wonderful paintings. You have inspired me to take an oil painting class, and I am finding it really fun.
