I've been staring at this painting for about twenty minutes. Even on a computer screen it looks lovely. All the elements just work. Colour, surface, lovely soft edges.
For me it's the apparent effortlessness and stunning technique which makes this and all your paintings so compelling.
That apple is amazing....as are the grapes..and cup,in fact it is all pretty amazing!

This was my morning surprise today and I must say you hit it out of the ballpark with this painting. Definitely one of my favorites!
The painting is enthralling. I have the sensation that I can reach and touch all the surfaces. The precisely defined edges and the realistic beautiful colors make for an eye-pleasing edible delight.
