I wonder why clementines are so lovely, so wintery, so Christmasy?? Your painting makes one feel so very much at home. Thank-you, Claudia-Marie
Aaaahhhh, just so intime!
Love the leaf jutting into negative space, Julian. Good stuff.
Now I am wondering what this lovely clementine would look like in the light at the end of January and in the light in mid-March.
Please go outside and paint. We want to see Provence in late Autumn
I love the intimate view of the clementine. Very contemplative and Chardin-esque in feeling.
A seasonal beauty. Merry Christmas, Julian!
