I can feel the textures, the smooth skin of the chili, the crunchy garlic and soft fibrous squash, and could pick them up! gorgeous painting.
Julian, gorgeous. Look at the light on that chili, the color of the squash, the paper-thin skin on the garlic. Gorgeous.
Julian: I know you like painting outside, but I LOVE winter because that's when we get all the gorgeous still lifes from your neck of the woods...
Well it's often warmer outside than in the studio!
